This is the first post from the Iowa Food Guy. I created this site since so many people ask me for recipes and to share my food experiences with others. Just so that those who do start reading this don’t run away, I do have some qualifications.
I have owned and operated a restaurant and worked as its executive chef.
I have made award winning wing and BBQ sauce.
I cook regularly for 100-200 people for our church dinners.
I am also a certified KCBS BBQ judge.
I will try and post many recipes however their are a few that will never get posted, PLEASE DON’T ASK. These will be mainly sauces but their could be others as well.
I will also from time to time give you tips that I have found as well as review local food establishments.
