In a large stock pot add olive oil, onions, peppers, garlic, and salt and cook over medium heat until soft
Add sausage and pork, stir and brown mixing with onion mixture. Add salt, pepper, 1/2 of the oregano, basil, rosemary, tyme
when browned add the balance of the spices as well as the tomato sauce, diced, paste and sugar
stir well and bring to a boil
reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for about 2 hrs
