Farm Boy Bison Chili (refreshed)
A gret mild sweet Chili
Equipment
- 6 Quart Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground bison
- 1 40 oz can Chilli Beans in Sauce
- 1 46 oz can Tomato Juice
- 1 each large onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Farm Boy Rub
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 each Dark Chocolate Kisses
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke
Instructions
- Dice the onion in a 2 quart pan when onion is translucent add ground bison and brown. with the Farm Boy Rub
- In a slow cooker add all ingredients and cook on high for about 2 + hours
